Key Responsibilities
n
You'll be responsible for installing high‐quality heating and cooling systems, including multi‐head units and VRF solutions. A dedicated support team will handle quoting and scheduling, allowing you to focus on the work itself. In this hands‐on role, you'll lead a small crew and manage each project from start to finish, delivering exceptional results without the need for constant supervision.

- Installation of all the products like heating/cooling, multi-head units, and VRF, Heating systems.
n
- Ensure all installations adhere to the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards.
n
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure efficient and timely job completion.
n
- Represent Smart Climate with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
n
- Maintain accurate records of installations and job notes.
n
- Responding to service calls and troubleshooting issues.
n
- Understanding and adhering to relevant safety and industry regulations
n
- Participating in ongoing training and development to expand your skills and knowledge
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
