You know those people who just get it? They know what needs doing without being asked. They can jump on the machine when it’s needed, step off when someone else has it covered, and somehow keep the whole shift running smoothly. That’s the person we’re looking for.
At Leaping Goat Coffee, we already have some seriously talented Baristas. Now we’re looking for an experienced Barista & Cafe All-Rounder to join them — someone who brings experience, initiative and a great attitude to every shift. THIS ROLE ISN’T ABOUT BEING ON THE MACHINE ALL DAY. It’s about being the kind of person who makes the whole team better.
YOU’LL BE SOMEONE WHO:
- Is an experienced, confident Barista who understands quality coffee
- Can jump on the machine and hold their own during a busy service
- Knows when to step in, step out and support the team
- Sees what needs doing and simply gets it done
- Can move confidently between coffee, customers, food,
cleaning and restocking
- Stays calm, positive and productive when things get busy
- Is happy to share their experience and help those around them
- Takes pride in the little things that make a cafe run brilliantly
