About the Role

n

Reporting to the General Manager – Risk & Governance, you will play a key role in leading enterprise risk, compliance,



governance and quality assurance across MACG.

n

Working closely with operational, clinical and executive leaders, you'll help ensure we meet our regulatory obligations while driving continuous improvement and strengthening governance systems across the organisation.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

- Enterprise risk management
n
- Regulatory compliance and provider registration
n
- Internal audit and assurance
n
- Clinical governance and quality reporting
n
- Board and Executive reporting
n
- Policy governance and continuous improvement
n
- Accreditation readiness and regulatory engagement
n

About You

n

You will be a confident and team-oriented leader who enjoys building relationships and translating complex legislation into practical business outcomes.

n

You're qualified if you have:

n

n
- Experience in governance, risk, compliance, quality or health management.
n
- Strong knowledge of the aged care regulatory environment.
n
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- A passion for continuous improvement and resident-centred care.
n

n

Essential Qualifications

n

n
- Degree qualification in Nursing, Health Management, Governance, Risk Management, Business or a related discipline.
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
