The Company is seeking a Head of Finance for the APAC region to take on a strategic leadership role with a focus on driving growth, performance, and financial excellence. The successful candidate will be a key member of the regional leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing the regional financial strategy in alignment with global objectives. This includes leading the annual budgeting process, long-term financial planning, and overseeing various financial functions such as accounting, payroll, tax, and treasury across the region. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws and financial regulations, as well as supporting potential M&A; activities.Applicants for the Head of Finance APAC position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA/ACA preferred.



A minimum of 5 years' progressive financial leadership experience is required, along with a strong understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and execution within a multinational organization, and possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
