About the Role

n

You will lead and coach a small team of Future Student Advisors (plus support staff) who engage prospective students via phone, video calls, emails and digital channels. Your mission:

- Improve conversion rates
n
- Strengthen pipeline management and CRM performance
n
- Align marketing, recruitment and faculty stakeholders
n
- Build a motivated, accountable, high-performance culture
n

This role combines Sales & Recruitment Leadership + Process Improvement & Optimisation.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and coach a B2C sales/recruitment team selling remotely
n
- Run weekly performance reviews and skills development sessions
n
- Drive accountability around conversion KPIsImprove engagement, objection handling and closing capability
n
- Own the full lead-to-enrolment funnel
n
- Align with marketing on lead quality and nurture strategy
n

n

Cross-Functional Influence

n

n
- Work closely with Marketing, Faculty, and Campus leaders to improve the student journey and experience
n
- Input into course development and delivery to align with changing customer and competitive landscape
n




- Represent the organisation at events and industry engagements
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Demonstrated B2C sales leadership experience
n
- Experience leading a remote, phone-based, or call-centre style team
n
- Proven track record hitting team-based revenue or conversion targets
n
- Strong CRM and pipeline management capability
n
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs and performance metrics
n
- Alignment with Christian values and a faith-based organisational context
n
