Universal Store in North Lakes, QLD is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager (full time) to work Sunday–Thursday, reporting to the Store Manager and stepping into a strong leadership role. This 2IC position offers exposure to all store operations and customer experience.
You will lead the team, drive sales targets, execute visual merchandising directives, manage stock insights, and uphold the Universal Store culture with hands-on leadership and a passion for people.
