About the Role

n

As the Medical service technician, you will manage all medical equipment repair, maintenance and test tasks.

n

Specifically, you will:

n

n
- Manage all medical workshop activities repairing and maintaining all medical equipment.
n
- Provide back up support for medical gas and equipment deliveries, repairs and setups to all medical accounts.
n
- Maintain high levels of customer service and address customer problems quickly and effectively.
n
- Ensure current stock and keeping of medical stock at optimal level to meet the needs of the business
n

You possess:

n

n
- High level of communication skills required, including all communications, written and verbal skills.
n
- Minimum electrical qualification: Appliance testing certificate
n
- A minimum of 2 years n medical market technical/ supervisory role
n
- Experience in company systems and processes.
n
- Preven technical service experience
n
- General understanding of medical gases and gas application of the various market segments
n
