The Role

We're looking for a Gaming Manager who knows exactly what it takes to run a successful gaming room. You'll manage its day-to-day operation, driving service standards and performance with a high level of personal and professional presentation, and applying both the skills you already have and new ones you're ready to develop.

This is a hands-on role that calls for a great temperament and strong time management, so you can run a demanding gaming room to a consistently high standard. You'll work a mix of morning, afternoon and evening shifts, and be part of the Hotel management team.

Main Responsibilities

- Ensuring compliance and responsible gaming practice
n
- Maintaining room presentation and atmosphere
n
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service and building rapport with customers
n
- Gaming clearance and reporting
n
- Cash handling, bartending and machine troubleshooting
n
- All aspects of beverage service for gaming customers
n
- Duty Manager functions
n
n
About You
n

- Flexible availability across morning, afternoon and evening shifts
n
- Current NSW RSA and RCG certification
n
- Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for hospitality, with the ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- A hands-on, engaging leadership style, with the ability to manage, train and grow your team
n
- A friendly, self-motivated personality with excellent people skills
n
- A proven track record of meeting Key Performance Indicators
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or similar role
