Position
n
As an APS2 Support Officer, Regulation, you will play an important role in supporting AUSTRAC's Regulation Division through a range of administrative, research and operational support activities.
n
Working closely with team members, you will provide one-on-one assistance, retrieve and summarise information from internal systems, support meetings through note-taking, and help maintain accurate records and documentation. You may also assist with on-site compliance assessments and contribute to the smooth operation of regulatory activities.
n

This position is based in Melbourne, working part-time (3 days per week) under a hybrid arrangement, with a combination of office and work-from-home days.

Key duties include
n
n
- Accessing, retrieving and summarising information from internal databases and systems.
n
- Providing administrative and one-on-one support to colleagues across the division.
n
- Taking accurate notes during internal and external meetings.
n
- Maintaining records and filing documentation to support team activities.
n
- Assisting with administrative tasks associated with compliance assessments, including occasional travel.
n
- Supporting the coordination and organisation of work to help achieve business outcomes.
n
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive and collaborative team environment.
n

Eligibility
n
n
- Must be an Australian citizen at the time you apply.
n
- Will need to undertake AUSTRAC's pre-engagement checks.Will need to obtain and maintain an ongoing Baseline Security Clearance.
n

Employment arrangements

- Part-time: 3 days per week.
n
- Location: Melbourne-based with a hybrid working arrangement.
n
- Ongoing and Non-ongoing: Please note, this position is currently being offered as non-ongoing; however, there may be an opportunity for ongoing employment in the future.
