n Location: Moorebank
n Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum + Super

n What You'll Be Doing

- Set the Standard for Service: Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

- Lead with Purpose: Guide and support team members, recognising individual strengths and helping them grow.

- Collaborate to Innovate: Partner with senior managers to continuously improve our tech stack—CRM, ERP, telephony, and support tools.

- Build Better Processes: Identify areas for improvement, streamline operations, and raise the bar on quality and efficiency.

- Shape a Strong Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive workplace where people feel valued and empowered.

- Refine Systems and Procedures: Keep internal policies and workflows up to date, practical, and easy to follow.
