This Role
n
Commencing in February 2027, as a Project Management Graduate, throughout your two years, you will work with Stockland's various Project Management teams who are responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget and scope, across our Communities and Commercial Property businesses.
n
NSW, VIC & QLD
n
You will have three x 8-month rotations. Three are pre-determined in: Built Form, Civil and Infrastructure, and Sustainability (or Procurement), and one rotation is to be selected by you, with the help and support of your Career Coach*.
n
WA
n
You will have three, 8-month rotations within Project Management.
Two in Civil and Infrastructure and one in Built Form*.
n

Responsibilities
n
Responsibilities are varied; however, you'll support the team to:
n
n
- Scope, design and deliver projects in accordance with the Stockland development process. This includes working across design and cost management, control, monitoring and reporting, and procurement, as well as other areas
n
- Contribute to maximising profitability, information exchange and business outcomes
n
- Provide support to ensure schedule, revenue and cost objectives are met
n
- Develop and reviewing Stakeholder Engagement Plan(s)
n
- Monitor contractor activity to better understand market influences
n
- Actively engaging in Stockland's sustainability programs and support the delivery of a community and environmental shared value proposition
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
n
- Completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date (February 2027).
n

- People who are inspired, motivated, passionate, respectful of others, and keen to make a meaningful impact through their work.

- Graduates completing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property, Quantity Surveying, Town Planning, Commerce, Business or a related discipline, with a passion for delivering complex projects and creating places that thrive.
