Job Description
This role supports the performance of Charter Hall's retail assets by building strong relationships with tenant customers and a focus on consistent rental outcomes. Working closely with centre teams, it helps resolve issues early and keep things running smoothly - contributing to stable income and the long-term performance of the portfolio.

How you'll make an impact
n
n
- Support rent collection across a portfolio of shopping centres – Assist with day-to-day tasks to help ensure rent is collected on time and accounts are kept up to date.
n
- Help manage tenant accounts and reconcile records – Work with the team to review ledgers, allocate payments, and keep financial data accurate.
n
- Be a first point of contact for tenant enquiries – Respond to questions, help resolve payment issues, and provide a positive experience for tenants.
n
- Assist with payment processes and communications – Support reminder letters, direct debit setup, and general follow-ups with tenants.
n
- Work within team processes and policies – Help ensure activities align with debt management processes and support reporting where required.

What you'll bring to the team

- Debt collection experience within the retail or banking environment.
n
- Solid customer relationship skills and the ability to communicate on both a conceptual and detailed level.

- Quick-thinking, commercially minded, and comfortable dealing with a wide range of people at all levels.

- Superior negotiating skills and well‐developed numerical skills.
n
- Tertiary qualification in property, finance or a business‐related field.
