A globally distributed data and AI consulting firm is looking to hire a brand new role in a Director of Operations & People to own how the business runs day to day and how it scales next.

This is a hands‐on operator role. The mandate is simple: take the CEO's vision and turn it into execution through strong operating rhythms, clear systems, and disciplined follow‐through.

The Role
n
This position works closely with the CEO and leadership team and has end‐to‐end ownership of execution across the business.
n
n
- Turning strategy into practical, scalable operating systems
n
- Driving company‐wide execution, cadence, and accountability
n
- Designing organisational structure, role clarity, and performance frameworks
n
- Embedding people and culture through how the business operates
n
- Owning core operations, governance, and multi‐region coordination
n
n
This role is about making things happen, not managing large teams and will include regular international travel, working closely with teams across multiple regions.
n
About You
n
You are a high‐calibre operator from data, technology, or qualified services, likely coming from a fast‐moving, founder‐led environment.
n
You bring:

- A track record of owning execution in a growing business
n
- Experience turning ideas into systems, processes, and outcomes
n
- Confidence working closely with a founder and senior leaders
n
n
This role would suit a Senior Operations Lead in a Boutique Consultancy or a Head of Operations in a High‐Growth Tech Scale‐Up of Chief of Staff.
n
You're energized by being close to the work and comfortable with regular travel.
