What You'll Do:

n

Make a difference: Be responsible for maintenance of ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for Retail sale to enable profitable growth within region. This includes meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance.

n

Collaborate: Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practices, focused customer service and strong relationship building.

n

Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate call cycle compliance. With efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours. And Commit to an active demonstration of ITW culture & values, health and safety work practices and standards

n

What You'll Bring

n

- Previous merchandising experience would be highly desirable but not essential
n
- Demonstrated high standards of oral, and written communication skills including ability to liaise with varying levels of organisation & customer base
n




- Proven ability to develop & maintain customer/business relationships
n
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
n
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
n
- Some regional travel may be required, up to one week per quarter
n
- A reliable vehicle is required, and kilometre reimbursement will be provided for all work-related travel
n
- Territory – Spanning South Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast.
