Job Title: Loan Set Representative
n Shift: 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday
n Location: Belrose, NSW
n Pay Rate: $31.96 per hour
n Contract: Minimum 6-month contract with potential for permanent employment

About the Role
n We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Set Representative to join the operations team in Belrose. You'll be responsible for managing surgical loan sets, ensuring accurate packing, dispatch, tracking, and returns - all while supporting Zimmer Biomet's world-class product portfolio.

n

What You'll Do

n

Coordinate daily loan set bookings and shipments

n

Pick, pack, and dispatch surgical kits accurately and on time

n

Track and manage the return process

n

Liaise with couriers, theatre staff, and sales teams

n

Maintain accurate inventory using Zimmer Biomet systems

n

Support ongoing improvements to systems and processes

n

Ensure compliance with service and quality standards

n

Prepare reports and assist with invoicing

n
