The Opportunity

n

In this role, you will:

n

n
- Manage your own family law caseload with a high degree of autonomy
n
- Work on complex parenting, property and financial matters
n
- Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
n
- Provide strategic advice to clients during significant life events
n
- Collaborate with experienced practitioners, barristers and external professionals
n

n

You'll enjoy significant autonomy while having access to experienced practitioners for support, collaboration and ongoing development whenever needed.

n

About You

n

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

n

n




- 4+ years PAE in Family Law
n
- Solid experience managing your own files from commencement through to resolution
n
- Experience appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
n
- Well-developed advocacy and negotiation skills
n
- Strong client relationship management ability
n
- Sound commercial judgement
n
- A genuine passion for family law
n
- A desire to continue developing professionally and progressing your career
n

n

LEAP experience is advantageous but not essential.
