A well‐established and growing Wealth Management Practice is seeking a motivated Wealth Management Assistant to join its supportive and qualified team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop their career within a fast‐paced, client‐focused financial services environment. The practice consists of a small team of financial advisers supported by an experienced administration function. They specialise in providing high‐quality financial planning services to high‐net‐worth individuals and successful business owners.

The Role
n
As a Wealth Management Assistant, you will provide essential support to advisers and clients, covering a wide range of administrative and operational duties, including:
n

- Delivering comprehensive administrative support to advisers and wider colleagues
n
- Managing and preparing key data for client reports and portfolio reviews
n
- Producing meeting packs and writing follow‐up client meeting notes
n
- Handling client and provider enquiries via phone, email, and letter
n
- Managing and updating the Practices CRM system
n
- Diary management for senior team members
n
- Processing current business and liaising with relevant external administration teams
n
- Ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day running of the practice through proactive organisation and attention to detail
n
n

The Person
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
- Previous experience within an administrative or office support role
n
- Financial services experience (Wealth Management, IFA, etc.) – desirable but not essential
n
- Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to build strong client relationships
n
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly
n
- High attention to detail and strong problem‐solving abilities
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong organisational and time‐management capabilities
n
- A professional, discreet, and proactive approach
n
