- Supporting the implementation of engaging play‐based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming setting for all children.

- Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.

- Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.

- Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Qualifications
n
n
- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
n
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
n
- Experience working as an educator within Australia (highly regarded).
n
- Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
