Purpose of the Role

We are currently seeking an inspiring leader to join us as Store Manager at Aesop Prahran on an 18‐month Maximum Term Contract. This role was created to support internal progression as a team member advances to a Retail Development Program. You will lead a highly successful signature space and experience firsthand how Aesop fosters career development.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate on a Tuesday–Saturday roster, full‐time on‐site.
n
- Ensure overall business success through operations and stakeholder relationships.
n
- Manage budgeting, store‐specific marketing, and store client base development.
n
- Choreograph daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants.
n

Qualifications

n

- Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment.
n
- Proven track record of effective selling skills and drive commercial outcomes.
n
- History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating inclusive and psychologically safe work workplace.
n
- Ability to utilize empathy to manage interpersonal relationships.
n
- Open mindset and deep curiosity, listening without judgement and acting on diverse perspectives.
n
- Strong communication, problem‐solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills.
