You'll work closely with the Principal of the Business servicing a cohort of clients and working with referrals to convert to fee paying clients. You will form a key part of the advice team, working alongside dedicated, motivated and ambitious professionals in a high-performance setting, supported by strong systems, collaboration and shared success.

About you
- 3 plus years experience as a Financial Advisor
- Experience across the full spectrum of advice currently providing holistic advice across Wealth Management, Superannuation and Insurance
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience with XPLAN is highly regarded
