We're looking for a Dynamics 365 / Power Automate Developer to take ownership of development, automation, and integration across a growing Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands‐on role with real scope to shape solutions and improve business‐critical systems.

The Role

n

This is a developer‐led position focused on building, enhancing, and integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Developing and customising solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Automate
n
- Designing and building workflows, plugins, and automation to improve business processes
n
- Supporting integrations across systems and ensuring performance, stability, and security
n
- Troubleshooting issues across flows, connectors, and system performance
n
- Working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
n
- Driving continuous improvements across the platform and user experience
n

What You'll Bring

- Strong experience developing within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate)
n
- Solid background in .NET and Java development
n
- Experience building integrations and working across complex environments
n
- Knowledge of customisation, plugins, workflows, and automation tools
n
- Robust problem‐solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance
n
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and deliver practical solutions
n

Nice to Have

- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python)
n
- Exposure to AI or automation tools
n
- Microsoft certifications across Dynamics or Power Platform
