ouring packages to bucket-list destinations. This fast-paced role is supported by our talented in-house product and marketing teams and exclusive supplier relationships worldwide.
A day in the life:
- Manage the full product lifecycle from creative ideation, negotiation, and itinerary creation to trip evaluation
- Strategise and deliver a pipeline of products targeting prime touring destinations such as America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and beyond
- Grow product sales and profit margins as part of our procurement strategy
- Research and create itineraries, curating series group tours, superior in value and quality compared to market offers
- Manage recent and existing supplier relationships to ensure scalable growth and quality control
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing and sales teams to bring your creations to life
- Empower your team to succeed through hands-on training and development and culture building
Who you are:
- Outstanding touring product and destination knowledge
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent time management and delegation skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- A dynamic ability to think outside the box and on your feet
- Proficiency in airfare and GDS systems
