Are you a leader looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a passionate and driven State Manager to lead our Northern Territory Injury Management and Rehabilitation division, based in Darwin!

The Role

n

As State Manager, you will be leading and working as part of a knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team. Working in partnership and with full support from our national management team, you will embrace this unique opportunity to expand our successful Darwin operations. This is a full-time role.

The Purpose Of The Role Is To

n

n
- Manage our People - our people are at the heart of our business! This role requires a leader who is passionate about the development of a successful and expanding team.
n
- Oversee the team's day-to-day delivery of our rehabilitation services, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer focused service delivery.
n
- Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
n
- Working with the wider national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan.
n
- Act as lead point of contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
n

About You

n

n
- Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred)
n




- People management experience (2 years preferred)
n
- Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
n
- Strong (current) Workers Compensation knowledge
n
- A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
n
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
n
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
n
