Day to Day Responsibilities:

n

n
- Sale of both 'off the plan' and completed stock
n
- Operating and managing display suites for several different projects
n
- Managing project enquiries and provide customer service to purchasers
n
- Booking appointments, managing leads, converting prospects in to buyers
n
- Managing CRM data entry for your prospects.
n
- Managing contract process and liaising with stakeholders to ensure a smooth buyer experience.
n
- Flexibility to work 5 days per week, across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and Public Holidays where necessary
n

- Exceptional sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
n
- Exceptional people skills and the ability to build strong networks.

- Solid understanding of the property sales process
n
- Self-motivated, focused and driven to succeed with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
n
- Appreciation of the nature of sales roles and the relationship between effort and reward.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Current driver's licence and vehicle
n
