Job Description

Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-ondeveloper to modernise complex, time-critical applications supporting energymarket operations.

What we need

- Strong backend developmentexperience with C# and contemporary .NET, preferably .NET 8 or later.

- Advanced Oracle SQL andPL/SQL skills, including performance tuning, transactions, locking andconcurrency.

- Experience withasynchronous, multithreaded,



scheduled or event-driven systems.

- Strong understanding ofsynchronisation, race conditions, timeouts, retries and failure recovery.

- Ability to troubleshootacross application code, databases, services, configuration, scripts andinfrastructure.

- Experience modernisinglegacy systems while preserving existing business rules and processingoutcomes.
