About the role
n
Join The Royal Melbourne Hospital as a Neurofibromatosis (NF) Study Coordinator and help deliver clinical research that improves care for people living with neurofibromatosis. Working within a specialist multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate multiple clinical trials, supporting participant recruitment, study visits, ethics and governance, data management and regulatory compliance.

Key Accountabilities
n

- Coordinate multiple concurrent clinical trials.
n
- Manage participant recruitment and study visits.
n
- Prepare ethics and governance submissions and study documentation.
n
- Maintain accurate study data and regulatory records.
n
- Liaise with clinicians, researchers, sponsors and participants.
n
- Conduct protocol-specific clinical assessments where required.
n
- Ensure studies comply with GCP, ethics and governance requirements.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve research processes and patient care.
n

About You
n
You are an organised and detail-oriented clinical research professional with experience coordinating clinical trials and managing competing priorities. You enjoy building relationships across multidisciplinary teams and is committed to delivering high-quality research.

You will bring:
n
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health, science or a related field.
n
- Experience coordinating multiple clinical trials.
n
- Experience with ethics and governance submissions.
n
- Experience conducting clinical assessments, including vital signs and ECGs.
n
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to interpret complex research protocols and manage study documentation.
n
- Experience working in a hospital setting (desirable).
n
