We're now looking for a Customer & Brand Experience Coordinator to join our high-performing, purpose-driven team. If you're passionate about wellness, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this is your sign.

As our Customer & Brand Experience Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face (and voice!) of our brand — ensuring customers have a seamless experience and our brand partners feel supported and valued. You'll manage day-to-day enquiries, coordinate subscription box partnerships, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

n

n
- Respond to inbound enquiries via email (Gorgias), social media DMs, and phone
n
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver timely resolutions
n
- Communicate order updates and coordinate refunds, delays, and courier follow-ups
n
- Track and report customer feedback and trends to the team
n

n

Brand Partnerships

n

n
- Pitch marketing collaborations to leading health & wellness brands
n
- Manage supplier relationships, from onboarding to execution
n
- Coordinate contracts, product logistics, and monthly partner comms
n
- Review product suitability based on dietary standards and customer preferences
n

n

Operations & Admin

n

n
- Support corporate accounts and warehouse with returns, replacements, and ad hoc send-outs
n
- Create detailed packing briefs and manage product deliveries
n
- Maintain our customer service manual and process documentation
n
- Assist with general admin and reporting tasks
n
- 1–3+ years in customer service, brand partnerships,



or eCommerce coordination
n
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
n
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
n
- Passion for health, wellness, and purpose-led business
n
