Senior Finance Business Partner & Analyst

The salary for this role is $135,174 per annum + Superannuation.

About the role: Reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Performance & Analysis, this role leads financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for business units, while managing up to 2 staff. You’ll create insights and performance analysis, maintain reporting frameworks and partner with senior leaders, Executive, and external stakeholders including the Department of Health and Aged Care.

- Lead financial reporting, performance analysis and insights
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and business unit planning
- Partner with senior leaders on strategy and decision-making
- Oversee grant reporting, modelling and process improvement.

- CA/CPA qualified with 7+ years’ experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting & modelling skills
- Proven senior stakeholder partnering experience
- Experience with government/grant reporting.
