We're looking for anIT Support Officerwho enjoys variety, thrives on customer service, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive ICT team.

n

This is an initial 3-month contract with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

n

What you'll be doing...

n

n
- Providing Level 1.5 to Level 2 onsite and remote IT support
n
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, Teams, mobile devices and end-user hardware
n
- Travelling between Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding sites as required
n
- Assisting with technology rollouts, projects and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Building great relationships with users while delivering outstanding service
n

What you'll bring...

- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

- Availability to commence immediately or within the next two weeks
n
- Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role
n
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- A current Queensland Driver Licence
n
