Mecwacare is seeking a Maintenance Officer for our Ballan region to perform planned and reactive maintenance across residential aged care facilities. You will repair, paint, and maintain grounds while coordinating with facility managers and external contractors to ensure secure, well‑maintained environments for residents.
You will work autonomously with a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship and timely records.
