The Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (GRAMS) is seeking a reliable, compassionate and community-minded Transport Driver to join our Geraldton Clinic on a full time basis.

n

This important role supports our clients by providing safe, reliable and timely transport to and from medical appointments. As a valued member of our team, you will help improve access to healthcare and contribute to positive health outcomes for Aboriginal people and the wider community.

About the Role

n

As a transport driver, you will:

n

n
- Safely transport GRAMS eligible patients and clients to and from medical appointments and other approved locations.
n
- Provide a friendly, professional and culturally respectful service.
n
- Ensure transport schedules run efficiently and on time.
n
- Maintain the vehicle is clean,



safe and roadworthy condition.
n
- Complete routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements.
n
- Work collaboratively with clinic staff to ensure efficient coordination of patient support.
n
- Contribute to a safe workplace and participate in quality improvement activities.
n
- Current Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) Authorisation or F-Endorsement.
n
- Current unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence.
n
- Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
n
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Demonstrate understanding of, and commitment to; providing culturally appropriate services to Aboriginal people.
n
- Previous experience working within the health or community services sector.
n
- Knowledge of the Geraldton, Midwest and Murchison regions.
