We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support an upcoming shutdown at CSBP Kwinana. The position is available for an immediate start, with an initial 2‐week shutdown and potential for ongoing shutdown opportunities for the right person.

- Pay Rate: $48/hr flat

Duties

n

n
- Site administration support
n
- Mobilisation and onboarding assistance
n
- Processing timesheets
n
- Data entry and document control
n
- Assisting supervisors and project management
n
- General administration duties
n
- Maintaining accurate site records
n
- Liaising with site personnel and office staff
n

n

Requirements





n

n
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator or Project Administrator role
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel & Word)
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced shutdown environment
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- White Card (preferred)
n
