About the Role

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will:

- Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.
- Coordinate bookings, repair orders, and service delivery with precision and efficiency.
- Promote and upsell additional services while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to foster a professional and supportive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Technical knowledge of automotive servicing is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Titan software.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with booking and repair needs.
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Provide detailed explanations of service work and recommend additional options as needed.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, ensuring all repair orders are signed and agreed to by customers.
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards at all times.
