Your new role
n
As a Psychologist specialising in Critical Incident Response, you will provide immediate support to workplaces experiencing traumatic or challenging events. You will:
n
n
- Deliver onsite and remote psychological first aid after critical incidents
n
- Provide individual and group support, stabilisation and psychoeducation
n
- Support managers and leaders in responding to workplace incidents
n
- Participate in the after‐hours mobilisation roster (two out of every three weeks)
n
- Attend client sites across Perth and regional WA, sometimes at short notice
n
- Build robust relationships with client organisations and communicate clearly during high‐pressure events
n
- Complete timely, accurate documentation and follow‐up support
n
- Provide EAP counselling, wellbeing services and assessments when working from the office (secondary to CIR duties)
n

About You
n
n
- Registered Psychologist with full AHPRA registration
n
- Confident supporting clients experiencing trauma, distress or acute stress
n
- Comfortable with regular travel and attending workplaces onsite and responding at short notice
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
n
- Current driver's licence
n
n
