Davidson is partnering with a leading organisation in the banking sector on a large‐scale Data Centre Rationalisation programme. This is a complex, quick‐moving environment with broad stakeholder engagement and vendor involvement.

About the Role
n
We're seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Infrastructure) to support a critical programme focused on data centre rationalisation, decommissioning activity, and the movement/removal of infrastructure equipment and hosted applications. You'll lead technical discovery across infrastructure and networking, shaping the sequencing and requirements needed to enable a safe, well‐governed migration approach.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Drive infrastructure & networking discovery to understand the current estate, impacts, and dependencies.
n
- Support the initial audit, data mining, and documentation of technical requirements to enable planning and delivery.
n
- Work across multiple squads/workstreams to align sequencing, risks, constraints, and interdependencies.
n
- Engage technical stakeholders and third‐party partners to confirm impacts and requirements.
n
- Produce clear,
actionable BA outputs that translate discovery into delivery‐ready plans.
n

About You
n
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering banking programmes (financial services experience is essential).
n
- Strong background across infrastructure projects (data centre, networks, and/or enterprise infrastructure change).
n
- Proven capability in technical discovery – identifying dependencies, constraints, risks, and migration considerations.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non‐technical audiences.
n
