We're seeking experienced Contact Centre representatives to join a supportive and growing team, in this role you will manage a portfolio of clients, build trust and show care and consideration whilst assisting them to access vital services.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Handle high-volume calls (30/40) calls per day - Both in and outbound
- Build trusted relationshipswith clients, families and providers
- Coordinating services and bookings for clients.
- Liaising with service providers to organise appointments and support.
- Updating client information and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Monitoring service delivery and resolving enquiries professionally
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.
