What we are looking for:

McHugh Steel is looking for Truck Driver who holds an HC Licence to join the team, in this role everyday is different and if you like a role with variety this could be your recent role. You will be more than just a truck driver, you will assist in the yard with loading/unloading and provide high level customer service to our clients.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Transport goods by road to and from distribution centre to clients across Queensland.
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers driving.




- Comply with all road rules.
- Load and unload goods at distribution centre and clients location, such as frames, trusses and roofing materials.
- Assist team with other duties when needed such as, customer service, housekeeping, loading/unloading trucks.

About You:

- Have a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Physically fit, some manual handling may be required
- Willingness to complete general hand duties to assist the team

Job Requirements

- Truck License - HC required
- CV Crane Ticket or ability to obtain
- Forklift license or ability to obtain
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
