Job Description

Officeworks is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead the CRM strategy and run multi-channel campaigns from Chadstone, VIC on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive customer lifecycle marketing, personalisation and commercial outcomes across email, app, web and direct mail.
