Consultive is seeking a Senior Design Manager to join the Melbourne team, leading the design process from Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and tender phases through to project completion.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, chair design workshops, manage design programs and budgets, and ensure buildable, compliant solutions that meet project objectives.
