You will be a Public Liability lawyer at the Senior Associate level with Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment, focusing on risk management for government clients. The role emphasizes client service, policy construction, and indemnity advice across multiple jurisdictions.

- Policy construction

- Indemnity advice
n
- Engagement with industry participants, e.g. underwriters
n
- Act for industry participants and undertake policy construction and indemnity work
n
- Appearing in a range of jurisdictions, reporting to two Partners and a Special Counsel
n

Qualifications / Requirements

n

n
- Public Liability lawyer at the Senior Associate level
n
- Experience in public liability and personal injury matters
n
- Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions (Supreme and District Courts; Federal Court; High Court)
n

n

Team / Reporting

n

Reporting to two Partners and a Special Counsel; team-oriented work with two Partners who have different working styles.
