ReillyScott in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Customer Success leader to build the function from the ground up, owning onboarding, health scoring, renewals and expansions.
This is a newly created role with a transparent path to leading the team within 12 months, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, with hybrid work in Brisbane.
You will manage strategic accounts, shape playbooks where none exist, and partner with Product, Sales and Marketing to protect and grow the customer base.
