Are you an experienced Family Law Partner looking to lead a practice at a firm with serious momentum?

n

This is a progressive law firm with national reach. We're seeking a Family Law Partner (or senior practitioner ready to step up) with at least 8 + years solid post-admission experience in Family Law to drive growth in their Family Law practice.

n

This is a rare and strategic leadership role—ideal for a senior lawyer looking to take the reins of a practice and work closely with a high-calibre partnership group in a firm that is expanding rapidly across Australia and embrace doing Family Law in a unique and personal way.

n

As a Family Law Partner, you will:

n

n
- Lead the family law practice in the Melbourne office, with an eye on driving further growth.
n
- Manage and mentor a team of family lawyers and support staff.
n
- Take ownership of client relationships and ongoing strategy for the practice.
n
- Work collaboratively with the other Family Law Partners.
n
- Leverage your own referral network while collaborating with other partners in areas such as commercial, wills & estates and property law.
n
- Contribute to firm-wide leadership,



business development, and innovation initiatives.
n

n

What You Bring:

n

n
- Admitted to practice law in Victoria.
n
- Minimum 8 + years post-admission experience in Family Law (those with many more years of experience are encouraged to apply).
n
- Accredited Specialist in Family Law (highly regarded, but not essential).
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead a legal team and manage complex client matters.
n
- Existing client relationships and/or a portable practice (preferred but not essential).
n
- Commercial mindset with the drive to grow a practice within a supportive, multi-disciplinary firm.
n
