At Aligned Chiro, we're looking for a dedicated Chiropractic Care Assistant to join our high-tech, patient-focused clinic. You'll play a key role in our mission to naturally enhance health through chiropractic care while working closely with our team to transform lives.

12-18 Month Ascension Pathway:

n

Probation: Start at $30.45 per/hr while undergoing full training to become autonomous in your role.

n

CA: Progress with pay increases to between $31.70 per/hr as you take on more responsibility.

n

Senior CA: Operate with autonomy and have the ability to train new Chiropractic Assistants, earning $33 per/hr

n

What You'll Do:

n

Own the front desk, greet and engage with patients

n

Manage patient flow and the clinic's automation systems, including care programs and payments

n

Perform admin tasks such as managing accounts, stock, and scheduling

n

Assist the Chiropractor with tasks like nerve scans, patient education, spinal orthotics fitting, and exercise consults

n

Book new patients, answer phone inquiries,



and ensure patients receive exceptional care

n

Hours for this role:

n

Option 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7.45am to 12.15-12.30pm (approx. 18 hours per week)

n

Option 2: Tuesday and Thursday 7.45am to 12.15pm and 1.45pm to 6-6.30pm and Friday 7.45am to 12.30pm (approx. 23 hours per week)

n

There is opportunity for this to be come a full time role in the future.
