Drake International is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator for a temporary assignment with one of our valued clients in the construction sector. This role requires a strong background in both creditors and debtors, with proficiency in MYOB and intermediate skills in Excel.

n

About the Role:
n In this role, you will support the finance team by managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. You will also assist with reconciliations, reporting, and general administrative tasks as needed.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Process supplier invoices, schedule payments, and reconcile statements.

n

Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

n

Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records.

n

Perform bank reconciliations and prepare basic financial reports in Excel.

n

Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

n

Skills & Experience:

n

Proven experience in accounts administration, covering both creditors and debtors.

n

Proficient in MYOB.

n

Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting).

n

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

n

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

n

Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week.

n

Located on Burton Rd, Adelaide.

n

$35 per hour + super.

n
