We currently have multiple opportunities to join our Western Region team based in (Location).

Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans
n
- Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services
n
- Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation
n
- Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services
n
- Identify and report client risks via our incident management system
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (highly desirable)
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel
n
- Registered and insured vehicle
n
- Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Confidence in using technology
n
n
Pre-Employment Requirements

- Current and valid Australian working rights
n
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks (National Police Check, references, qualification verification)
n
- Compliance with UPA's Immunisation and Vaccination Policy
