Overview

As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers - responding to enquiries, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth internal processes. Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service and drive sales success.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

- Manage the sales phone queue and triage requests to the right team

- Process orders for additional licenses accurately and efficiently
n
- Support the sales team with CRM updates, reports, and admin tasks
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handovers
