About the Role:

Our client is a major health provider committed to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare across rural and remote communities in Western Australia. Supporting a diverse population, including a significant number of Aboriginal residents, they operate a wide network of hospitals, health centres, and community services. Their comprehensive care includes emergency services, mental health support, aged care, and innovative Telehealth solutions, with a strong focus on health equity and community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver rehabilitation and recovery-focused occupational therapy services in inpatient subacute or community settings
n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment and discharge plans
n
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to drive functional outcomes
n
- Support patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness to regain independence
n
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and best-practice care
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
n
- Experience in rehab, inpatient,



or community OT preferred (1+ year)
n
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
n
- Police clearance and relevant vaccinations
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
