About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and project delivery professionals to define, shape, and deliver strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading discovery and business analysis activities
n
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions
n
- Capturing and refining Epics, Features, and User Stories
n
- Managing and prioritising product backlogs
n
- Identifying business, technical, and data dependencies
n
- Developing process maps and business analysis artefacts
n
- Defining transparent and testable acceptance criteria
n
- Supporting agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
n
- Translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
n
- Working with change and delivery teams to support solution adoption
n

Data Business Analysts with experience in:

- Data analysis and modelling

- Data integration and migration

- Data governance
n
- Enterprise analytics and reporting

- AI-enabled solutions and data-driven decision making

- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
n
- Experience working on large-scale and complex programs
n
- Requirements elicitation and backlog management
n
- Workshop facilitation and process modelling
n
- Azure DevOps or similar tool experience
n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
n
