About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Aged-Care home in Regional NSW, on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who is confident working independently and is looking for a rewarding role in a rural setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Work a combination of morning and evening shifts
- Provide high-quality clinical care to residents
- Work independently, with typically one RN on shift
- Participate in an on-call roster 1–2 days per week
- Respond to phone calls when required while on call
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of care
What’s on Offer
- $56–$60 per hour, depending on experience

- On-call arrangements with a minimum of 4 hours' pay

About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- 4–5+ years of nursing experience
- Aged care experience is highly desirable
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- The ability to work confidently and independently
- Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts
- Availability for 1–2 on-call days per week
- Willingness to work in a regional/rural location
