The Opportunity & How You Will Make an Impact

Urbis is looking for a Team Administrator to join our Economics and Property team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative, high-performing team where no two days are the same, and your contribution will have a real impact.

We're seeking someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn. Whether you're bringing previous administration experience or looking to further develop your career in a professional services environment, you'll be supported to grow while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
n
Working closely with our Directors and the broader team, you'll play an integral role in keeping the team running smoothly.
n
You will:
n
n
- Manage and monitor emails, diary, conferences and meeting room bookings, catering and video conference arrangements;
n
- Create relevant expense reports on behalf of Director's including reconciliation and entry of expense items and receipts;
n
- Organise travel arrangements as needed which may include flight and hotel bookings, car hire arrangements, and other transportation arrangements.
n
- Coordinate team meetings, marketing activities, events and resources;
n
- Provide administrative support to the wider team including report and document preparation, including compilation and formatting, word processing, data entry support and excel formatting;
n
- Coordination of tender responses and document production generally, in a fast and accurate manner;
n
- Assist with monthly invoicing for the team and where applicable coordinate invoicing with Directors;
n
- Provide a high level of technical support on all Microsoft Office Suite software, Urbis Practice Management System (BST) and expense management systems.
n
- Complete other duties as directed.

About You:
n
n
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting multiple stakeholders.
n
- Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular);
n
- Experience using the systems - BST *desirable
n
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment, with exposure to coordinating, managing and contributing to integrated tender responses, is desirable.
n
- High proficiency in both spelling and grammar
n
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
n
